Carlos Escarrá

Carlos Escarrá is a Venezuelan politician. A member of the National Assembly of Venezuela for Aragua State,[1][2] he is a member of the board of directors of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela. He is a constitutional lawyer and a former Supreme Court of Venezuela judge.[3] He is a presenter on Canal i.
